What happens after I have completed payment online successfully?

Now 99% of our items are sending out daily through Australian Post. It is one of the most reliable and fast delivery options. We are organising some other delivery alternatives and hopefully, they would be available very soon.

Can I nominate a different delivery address to the billing address?

What is HeyHey.com.au’s online refund policy?
Purchases made by mistake or for any other reason can be returned for a refund or a replacement within 14 days if in original package and unused condition. Refund will be given minus the original postage and handling fee and minus 5% administration fee. Return postage cost is the responsibility of the buyer.
