1. Warranty Coverage
All products are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date you receive the item. If a defect or fault is reported:

- Warranty applies to manufacturing defects, faults in materials, or failures under normal use.
2. Australian Consumer Law (ACL) Rights
Our goods come with guarantees under the ACL that cannot be excluded:

Eligible for Warranty under ACL:
- Product is faulty, defective, or unsafe.

Not Eligible for Warranty under ACL:
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Issues arising from failure to follow care or usage instructions.
- Change of mind or incorrect purchase.
3. Commencement of Warranty
- The 12-month warranty period begins on the date the product is received at your delivery address.
- If damage or defects are noticed upon receipt, please provide photos for verification.
4. How to Apply for Warranty
To lodge a warranty claim:
- Contact us at support@heyhey.com.au with your order number, proof of purchase, and a description of the issue.
- Provide photos or videos of the defect.
- Our team will validate your claim and advise next steps.
- Approved returns must be sent back in safe packaging. We will provide instructions for return shipping.
5. Customer Assurance
We aim to resolve warranty claims promptly and fairly. Your statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law apply in addition to this policy.
