Features:
  • With the unique and bright appearance, luxuriant style, not easily deformed, invulnerability to breakage and easy to clean appearance.
  • Made with #304 stainless steel, which will not rust, strong and durable.
  • Heat-resisting temperature: 80 degrees, resistant to cold temperature: - 20 degrees
  • Groove anti-clogging design to ensure that drinks will not accumulate at the bottom
  • Heat preservation can be up to 6 hours,with all kinds of delicious tea, cold, hot coffee, juice, keeping flavor.
  • Tap is made of nylon resin, can heat temperature of 200 degrees. The tap can be used for a long time.
  • Factors that will affect the changing of holding time is using it in a different environment, especially when in climate conditions (ambient temperature whether it's filled, or preheating, etc.)
  • The insulated temperature for 12 hours is 93C which will slowly decrease to 35C, especially in high-temperature degrees that only last for a few hours. Using indoors is highly recommended. The insulator cannot keep the liquid at a stable temperature. Its role is only to slow down the rate of temperature drop.

Precautions for product use:

  • The product cannot be filled with too much water.
  • Do not tilt and place upside down.
  • Do not soak the whole product in water for cleaning which will cause water absorption in the insulation layer.
  • Can only be rinsed with running water or wiped with a cloth.
  • After the product has been filled with tea, coffee and other beverages, please clean it in time and wipe off the water, so that beverage residue will not corrode the product.
  • All insulated pots are not allowed to be heated on Fire.

1. SHIPPING ADDRESS REQUIREMENTS

  • Regional areas: 3–7 business days

3. IF YOU’RE NOT HOME

  • Australia Post: A card will be left for collection at your local Post Office.
  • Couriers Please: You’ll receive a notification. If safe to do so, the parcel may be left at your premises. Otherwise, it may be taken to a Collection Point or local depot.

If redelivery is required:

  • You may request one redelivery attempt via the Couriers Please portal (valid for 6 business days).
  • Re-delivery fees may apply if no one is available at the arranged time.
  • Redirection to a new address may cause delays and incur additional costs.

4. COLLECTION OPTIONS

If your parcel is held at a depot or Collection Point:

  • You have 5–6 business days to collect it before it is returned to the sender.
  • Bring photo ID when collecting.
  • Depot collections must be arranged in advance.

5. DELIVERY ISSUES

If your parcel is marked “delivered” but not received, please check:

  • Secure areas around your property
  • With household members
  • Your building’s mailroom or reception (if applicable)

6. SIGNATURES AND SAFE DROP

  • If a signature is required and no one is available, the parcel will be redirected to a Collection Point or depot.

6. Purchases made by mistake
