  • GREAT DESIGN: A extensive ice hopper on the top of our ice shaver machine. When working, the cover can be tightly locked, and the intuitive viewing window above allows you to see the inside.
  • ADJUST ICE FINENESS: You can adjust the fineness of the shaved ice by rotating the adjusting control knob for a finer snow cone and counterclockwise for a rougher snow cone. The safety switch has two settings: ON, OFF, and ROUGH.
  • IDEAL FOR: Our electric ice crusher is perfect for making milkshakes, smoothies, icy drinks, and bottom ice for seafood, among other things. 1. SHIPPING ADDRESS REQUIREMENTS

  • GPO Boxes and Mail Bags are not accepted.
  • If shipping to a business, please include the business name.
  • You may select a shipping address during checkout or from your saved addresses if you have an account with Heyhey.com.au.

2. DELIVERY TIMES

All orders are dispatched daily from our warehouse within 24 hours of receiving full payment. Delivery times vary depending on location and service type.

Domestic Delivery (Australia)

  • Metro areas (VIC, NSW, SA, QLD, TAS): 2–5 business days
  • Regional areas: 3–7 business days
  • Remote areas (Far North QLD, WA, NT): 7–14 business days

International Delivery (New Zealand)

  • 7–15 business days

Important Notes

  • Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to public holidays, weather events, or courier delays.

3. IF YOU’RE NOT HOME

  • Australia Post: A card will be left for collection at your local Post Office.
  • Couriers Please: You’ll receive a notification. If safe to do so, the parcel may be left at your premises. Otherwise, it may be taken to a Collection Point or local depot.

If redelivery is required:

  • You may request one redelivery attempt via the Couriers Please portal (valid for 6 business days).
  • Re-delivery fees may apply if no one is available at the arranged time.
  • Redirection to a new address may cause delays and incur additional costs.

4. COLLECTION OPTIONS

If your parcel is held at a depot or Collection Point:

  • You have 5–6 business days to collect it before it is returned to the sender.
  • Bring photo ID when collecting.
  • Depot collections must be arranged in advance.

5. DELIVERY ISSUES

If your parcel is marked “delivered” but not received, please check:

  • Secure areas around your property
  • With household members
  • Your building’s mailroom or reception (if applicable)

If your parcel is damaged, missing items, or contains incorrect items, please contact us directly. We’ll assist with next steps and liaise with the courier if needed.

6. SIGNATURES AND SAFE DROP

  • If a signature is required and no one is available, the parcel will be redirected to a Collection Point or depot.
  • If safe drop is allowed, the courier may leave your parcel in a secure location. Unsafe locations (e.g., busy street frontage, apartment entries) will not be used.

4. Change of mind returns

Items can be returned for a refund or replacement within 14 days, subject to the following:

  • Products must be in the original packaging and in unused condition.
