Before you return an Item

If you'd like to return the product, please email us first and our friendly customer service team will provide you the return address and guide you through the return process. Please note that our warehouse works as a dispatching center, they are unable to take returns or sell products. Feel free to contact our customer service team at  support@heyhey.com.au for better assistance.

 

Damaged and Defective items during transit

If you happen to receive a damaged item, we apologize and will do our best to help you. We want to let you know that we do our best to package our products securely with the highest quality packaging materials. If you received a damaged item, you are entitled to have a replacement or refund. Photos and/or videos of the item will be requested for the process and our team will review your claim and will respond with further instructions. 

 

Faulty items

We provide spare parts for minor issues. For major issues, we collect the item for repair. If the item can’t be repaired, we will provide a replacement for the item.

Change of mind returns

Item/s can be returned for a refund or a replacement within 7 days. Products must be in the original package and unused condition, otherwise, the refund can’t be processed.

The refund will be given minus the original postage, handling fee, and 5% administration fee. The return postage will require you to return the item at your own expense.

  

Late Shipment:

You can email us at support@heyhey.com.au, we will provide the tracking number. We can also request for tracking update from our courier. But the best way is to contact the courier directly as you might have missed the delivery attempt made by them. Once you contact them, they will investigate further to know the reason why the delivery has been delayed.

Shipment will normally take 2-3 business days if the given address is within Victoria, 3-5 business days if within NSW,QLD and SA, 7-10 business days if within TAS, WA and NT.

 

Purchases made by mistake

Product not as described

We guarantee that all items supplied must be as described and fit for their general or specific purpose. If the criteria cannot be met, your purchase will be replaced or refunded in 7 days after the products arrived at your place. Products must be in the original package and unused condition, otherwise, the refund can’t be processed.

 

For Marketplace Sellers/Third-Party Sellers Returns:

Third-party sellers on our marketplace fulfill and ships their own inventory. If you order a product from a seller, it's directly from them, and not from HeyHey.com.au

Sellers have their own policies and procedures with returns. Some of our sellers offer a return policy that is almost the same as HeyHey's policy, but some seller's return policies may vary. For returns, it will be sent back to the seller and instead of HeyHey.com.au.

Please take time to check the seller's return policy prior to purchase, and review your order as Change of mind returns are given at the sole discretion of each seller and some sellers may refuse to refund or exchange products for change of mind.

If our third-party Seller accepts the return, you should follow the returns policy set by the seller (not the HeyHey's return policy).
