SHIPPING ADDRESS REQUIREMENTS
- Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate and current. We cannot be held responsible for parcels sent to outdated or incorrect addresses.
- GPO Boxes and Mail Bags are not accepted.
- If shipping to a business, please include the business name.
- You may select a shipping address during checkout or from your saved addresses if you have an account with Heyhey.com.au.
DELIVERY TIMES
All orders are dispatched daily from our warehouse within 24 hours of receiving full payment.
Domestic Delivery (Australia)
- Metro areas (VIC, NSW, SA, QLD, TAS): 2–5 business days
- Regional areas: 3–7 business days
- Remote areas (Far North QLD, WA, NT): 7–14 business days
International Delivery (New Zealand)

IF YOU’RE NOT HOME
- Australia Post: A card will be left for collection at your local Post Office.
- Couriers Please: You’ll receive a notification. If safe to do so, the parcel may be left at your premises. Otherwise, it may be taken to a Collection Point or local depot.
If redelivery is required:
- You may request one redelivery attempt via the Couriers Please portal (valid for 6 business days).
- Redelivery fees may apply if no one is available at the arranged time.
- Redirection to a new address may cause delays and incur additional costs.
COLLECTION OPTIONS
If your parcel is held at a depot or Collection Point:
- You have 5–6 business days to collect it before it is returned to the sender.
- Bring photo ID when collecting.
- Depot collections must be arranged in advance.
DELIVERY ISSUES
- If your parcel is marked “delivered” but not received, please check:
- Secure areas around your property
- With household members
- Your building’s mailroom or reception (if applicable)
- If your parcel is damaged, missing items, or contains incorrect items, please contact us directly. We’ll assist with next steps and liaise with the courier if needed.
SIGNATURES AND SAFE DROP
- If a signature is required and no one is available, the parcel will be redirected to a Collection Point or depot.
- If safe drop is allowed, the courier may leave your parcel in a secure location. Unsafe locations (e.g., busy street frontage, apartment entries) will not be used.
