How to clean a non-stick grill:

    • Once you've finished cooking, make sure to unplug the grill and spray a tiny amount of water while the surface is still warm. Once the surface has completely cooled, simply wipe the grill surface with some damp paper towels, sponge or cloth.
    • You can immerse the grill surface in water but make sure not to splash any water into the power socket for safety purposes.
    • Do not use abrasive cleaners, scouring pads or caustic cleaners as they may damage the non-stick surface.
    • Note: This product is intended for personal use only. It is also not intended for commercial purposes. Our grills automatically lower in temperature during use and are not suitable for cooking food that requires constant high heat.

2. Australian Consumer Law (ACL) Rights

3. Commencement of Warranty

  • The 12-month warranty period begins on the date the product is received at your delivery address.

To lodge a warranty claim:

1. SHIPPING ADDRESS REQUIREMENTS

Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate and current. We cannot be held responsible for parcels sent to outdated or incorrect addresses.

  • GPO Boxes and Mail Bags are not accepted.
  • If shipping to a business, please include the business name.
  • You may select a shipping address during checkout or from your saved addresses if you have an account with Heyhey.com.au.

2. DELIVERY TIMES

All orders are dispatched daily from our warehouse within 24 hours of receiving full payment. Delivery times vary depending on location and service type.

Domestic Delivery (Australia)

  • Metro areas (VIC, NSW, SA, QLD, TAS): 2–5 business days
  • Regional areas: 3–7 business days
  • Remote areas (Far North QLD, WA, NT): 7–14 business days

International Delivery (New Zealand)

  • 7–15 business days

Important Notes

3. IF YOU’RE NOT HOME

  • Australia Post: A card will be left for collection at your local Post Office.
  • Couriers Please: You’ll receive a notification. If safe to do so, the parcel may be left at your premises. Otherwise, it may be taken to a Collection Point or local depot.

If redelivery is required:

  • You may request one redelivery attempt via the Couriers Please portal (valid for 6 business days).
  • Re-delivery fees may apply if no one is available at the arranged time.
  • Redirection to a new address may cause delays and incur additional costs.

4. COLLECTION OPTIONS

If your parcel is held at a depot or Collection Point:

  • You have 5–6 business days to collect it before it is returned to the sender.
  • Bring photo ID when collecting.
  • Depot collections must be arranged in advance.

5. DELIVERY ISSUES

If your parcel is marked “delivered” but not received, please check:

  • Secure areas around your property
  • With household members
  • Your building’s mailroom or reception (if applicable)

If your parcel is damaged, missing items, or contains incorrect items, please contact us directly. We’ll assist with next steps and liaise with the courier if needed.

6. SIGNATURES AND SAFE DROP

  • If a signature is required and no one is available, the parcel will be redirected to a Collection Point or depot.
  • If safe drop is allowed, the courier may leave your parcel in a secure location. Unsafe locations (e.g., busy street frontage, apartment entries) will not be used.

2. Damaged and Defective items during transit

3. Faulty items

4. Change of mind returns

Items can be returned for a refund or replacement within 14 days, subject to the following:

  • Products must be in the original packaging and in unused condition.
  • The refund will be issued minus the original postage, a handling fee, and a 15% administration fee.
  • Return postage is at the customer's own expense.

5. Late Shipment

If your delivery is delayed, you can email us for your tracking number. While we can request updates from our carriers, we recommend contacting the courier directly to investigate or check for missed delivery attempts.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Victoria: 2–3 business days
  • NSW, QLD, and SA: 3–5 business days

6. Purchases made by mistake

  • Items can be returned within 14 days if they are in original packaging and unused.
