  • A lifetime of tasty and heartwarming casseroles, chunky stews, grand home-made soups, slow roast joints of meat
  • It distributes the heat evenly, reduces the cooking time of stews, holds the heat beautifully and they look lovely either on top of an aga, wood burning stove, or standard oven, before they double up to do their duty on the table - real 'oven to tableware.
  • This is a large stewpot, large enough for most families or dinner parties.
  • It is lidded, comes in a striking bright orange/pink/ red color, and has a lovely matte black enameled interior.
  • Can be used on a vitro - ceramic hob, gas, electric, halogen, or induction hobs
  • Dishwasher safe, easy clean, work on induction and stove cooktops, non-stick, with Lid
  • Note: Please remove the lid before putting it inside the oven. The lid is not oven-safe

Not Eligible for Warranty under ACL:

3. Commencement of Warranty

  • The 12-month warranty period begins on the date the product is received at your delivery address.
  • If damage or defects are noticed upon receipt, please provide photos for verification.

4. How to Apply for Warranty

To lodge a warranty claim:

  1. Contact us at support@heyhey.com.au with your order number, proof of purchase, and a description of the issue.
  2. Provide photos or videos of the defect.
  3. Our team will validate your claim and advise next steps.
  4. Approved returns must be sent back in safe packaging. We will provide instructions for return shipping.

5. Customer Assurance

1. SHIPPING ADDRESS REQUIREMENTS

Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate and current. We cannot be held responsible for parcels sent to outdated or incorrect addresses.

  • GPO Boxes and Mail Bags are not accepted.
  • If shipping to a business, please include the business name.
  • You may select a shipping address during checkout or from your saved addresses if you have an account with Heyhey.com.au.

2. DELIVERY TIMES

All orders are dispatched daily from our warehouse within 24 hours of receiving full payment. Delivery times vary depending on location and service type.

Domestic Delivery (Australia)

  • Metro areas (VIC, NSW, SA, QLD, TAS): 2–5 business days
  • Regional areas: 3–7 business days
  • Remote areas (Far North QLD, WA, NT): 7–14 business days

International Delivery (New Zealand)

  • 7–15 business days

Important Notes

  • Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to public holidays, weather events, or courier delays.

3. IF YOU’RE NOT HOME

  • Australia Post: A card will be left for collection at your local Post Office.
  • Couriers Please: You’ll receive a notification. If safe to do so, the parcel may be left at your premises. Otherwise, it may be taken to a Collection Point or local depot.

If redelivery is required:

  • You may request one redelivery attempt via the Couriers Please portal (valid for 6 business days).
  • Re-delivery fees may apply if no one is available at the arranged time.
  • Redirection to a new address may cause delays and incur additional costs.

4. COLLECTION OPTIONS

If your parcel is held at a depot or Collection Point:

  • You have 5–6 business days to collect it before it is returned to the sender.
  • Bring photo ID when collecting.
  • Depot collections must be arranged in advance.

5. DELIVERY ISSUES

If your parcel is marked “delivered” but not received, please check:

  • Secure areas around your property
  • With household members
  • Your building’s mailroom or reception (if applicable)

If your parcel is damaged, missing items, or contains incorrect items, please contact us directly. We’ll assist with next steps and liaise with the courier if needed.

6. SIGNATURES AND SAFE DROP

  • If a signature is required and no one is available, the parcel will be redirected to a Collection Point or depot.
  • If safe drop is allowed, the courier may leave your parcel in a secure location. Unsafe locations (e.g., busy street frontage, apartment entries) will not be used.

2. Damaged and Defective items during transit

3. Faulty items

4. Change of mind returns

6. Purchases made by mistake

  • Items can be returned within 14 days if they are in original packaging and unused.
